I’m a Senior UX/Product Designer with 7 years of experience creating thoughtful, usercentred digital solutions across government, enterprise, and not-for-profit sectors. I specialise in solving complex problems through intuitive interfaces, scalable design systems, and accessible experiences.

Currently, I lead the design of a customer experience portal at Uniting NSW/ACT, supporting aged care residents with billing, service bookings, and financial visibility while also building their design system from the ground up.
